This Agreement contains the terms and conditions applicable to the use of any Products by You. By placing an order for any Product, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, He or she is content with the product bought by him/her and won’t charge back anytime in the near future. In case of any problem with Product details contact us. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Service.
Shipping Policy
As per the ongoing crisis Covid-19, we are only doing no contact delivery to play our part.
Cost of shipping
- The standard shipping for all orders within India is free in case you opt for express shipping, the cost will be based on the weight of the shipment.
- For international orders, the cost of shipping will be based on the weight of the shipment. (No express delivery for international orders)
Courier
- The standard delivery takes from 18 to 20 days and in the case of express delivery, it takes 5 to 7 days.
- Redelivery will not be attempted more than once.
- Confirmation emails are sent within 24hrs of payment verification.
- After the order is shipped we will send you a detailed message including order Id, consignment number, name of the courier company, and the tracking id. It’s the customer’s duty to follow up with the courier company and we can facilitate with the order’s exact location.
Exchange policy
We want you to love what you ordered, but if something is not right, let us know. We will facilitate you for the same by exchanging the product to different size, color or entirely new style. As per the company policy we do not provide return/refund on any product once sold.

Damaged/Wrong Product
If you have received wrong or damaged product please write to us at amaanyaa.new@gmail.com with your tracking id and send the product back to us and once delivered we will dispatch the fresh piece.
Size
If you have received a smaller size or a bigger size the customer is eligible for exchange.
Sale or Discounted
The products which are on sale or discounted or purchased with coupon are not eligible for
exchange. Please go through the size chart of such products carefully.
Once our team has acknowledged we will revert back to you in the next 24-48 hrs. Send the product back to us by yourself as we do not do have a reverse pick-up facility for now. Once delivered to us will dispatch the fresh piece. Do not forget to acknowledge a receipt from your courier person about the products you are dispatching to us. Amaanyaa will not be held liable for any lost shipment.

- The exchange will only be applicable if done within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Products that are unused, unworn, undamaged, unwashed, with labels and in their original packaging will be deemed fit for exchange.
- Exchange is allowed once per order.
- The cost of shipping to us is to be borne by the customer itself.
