Exchange policy

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something is not right, let us know. We will facilitate you for the same by exchanging the product to different size only. As per the company policy we do not provide return/refund on any product once sold.

Damaged/Wrong Product

If you have received wrong or damaged product please write to us at amaanyaa.new@gmail.com Or whatsapp us on +916378961452 with your tracking id . (PARCEL OPENING VIDEO IS MUST STARTING TO END WITHOUT ANY CUT STRICTLY IF ANY DAMAGE ISSUE)

Size

If you have received a smaller size or a bigger size the customer is eligible for exchange.

Sale or Discounted

The products which are on sale or discounted or purchased with coupon are not eligible for exchange. Please go through the size chart of such products carefully.

Once our team has acknowledged we will revert back to you in the next 24-48 hrs. Send the product back to us by yourself as we do not do have a reverse pick-up facility for now. Once delivered to us will dispatch the fresh piece coustomer needs to pay for shipping in case of exchange. Do not forget to acknowledge a receipt from your courier person about the products you are dispatching to us. Amaanyaa will not be held liable for any lost shipment.

Cancellation:

Once an order has been successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed under any circumstances.

We request you to kindly review your order details, including product selection, size, shipping address, and contact information, before completing your purchase.

  1. The exchange will only be applicable if done within 7 days of the delivery date.
  2. Products that are unused, unworn, undamaged, unwashed, with labels and in their original packaging will be deemed fit for exchange.
  3. Exchange is allowed once per order.
  4. The cost of shipping to us is to be borne by the customer itself.
